Service Description
Take some time out to reconnect to the present moment. Holly will share guided meditation that lowers your stress levels. Teach techniques to help you remain more present, centred and calm within each experience life throws at you. Move you through gentle movement and Yoga. Finish with a Yoga Nidra. Proven to help your body and mind heal deeply on the subconscious level. All you need to do is get very comfortable and listen. Gentle music and Holly's voice will guide you through. Enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
