The aim of this class is to open your hips, connect to your core & mobilise spine.

When you strengthen your core muscles, your lower back is supported and your foundation is strong.




Take time to honour your body

Focus on some well deserved self care.

Filling yourself up first so you have more to share with others.


By focusing on your breath, you can release and let go,

creating more space in your body and more space between your thoughts.
